Rookwood School, in Andover, Hampshire, is an independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 6 months to 18 years. Rookwood School prides themselves on a happy and thriving learning environment where each individual is encouraged to dare to know and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

The brief

Rookwood School were keen to upgrade their website to deliver a more engaging, intuitive user experience, capture Rookwood School’s personality, and generate more admission enquiries. This enhanced online experience was key to helping prospective new students and parents discover if the school was the right fit for them.

 

The solution

We designed and developed a bespoke WordPress website with easy to manage blocks to allow the in-house team to refresh content. To capture Rookwood School’s essence, we captured fun and engaging photography of the site’s grounds and students to emulate the school online. To support lead generation we took a multi-channel approach of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Engine Optimisation to maximise prospectus downloads and tour bookings.

Bespoke website design

WordPress was used for the design and build of the website, making it mobile and desktop friendly. Using WordPress’ content management system allowed the client’s team to populate the site and continue to add content themselves.

Whilst maintaining consistent leads, we also maximised our marketing by reacting to changes in Rookwood School’s needs, special events, and new target audiences.
